I really like this home. The designers did a beautiful job with the decor. Additionally, it offers a lot of storage for a moderate size one story. The layout is perfect.

Horrible, dead place. Lousy art. Where are the lizard people? The place is creepy. Great views of artificial lake and your neighbor's yards. Do you neighbors see you inside your house?

I will be nice. This is a lot of house for the money! Yes, the floor plan is a little wonkie, far too many eating areas, awkward TV placements, and don’t ask me to help pack. I will be nice. If I lived in Florida and could choose my locale, I would consider this home as it has a lot of potential. Hey, whatever floats your boat, right? Thanks for the video; enjoyed it!

Excellent video…thanks! Excellent floor plan. My only possible criticisms are that you need at least 6 electrical outlets in each bath, and that the property is not user friendly if you want a usable grass area, mostly dirt and tree roots instead. A little small in area for the price, but really, who needs more than this house unless you have a really large family.

Those entry LED lights sticking out from the wall look to be easily broken. Maybe worth almost $3 million if it was on a large lake lot, otherwise quite overpriced.

That's a lot of property for that price, is it correct? I'm really conflicted on this house. Beautiful property and home. Just doesn't seem to be very well designed. The really confusing 2nd bedroom looks like maybe a maids room with separate entrance and the odd direct access to the laundry room. Common spaces are wonderful, bedrooms are just ok. Master suite, though interesting, just seems poorly designed. 1 bit larger bath and 2 closets seem to be better, for me. I do like the sitting area. I could happily live here, but just think I'd need to spend a lot of money adding the summer kitchen and in the master suite. I love the tour of it, it's been a while since you had a big property like this. It's really nice to see them, even if this particular one isn't quite for me.

Not a fan of the duplex, but really do like this. I think I'd keep the 3rd bedroom layout, but use it as a den. Love the separation it gets down that hallway. Master suite is one of my favorites. Thanks, Mike and Haley, for another beautiful home.
